Q. How will you process my PVC card order?
Once we receive your order your details are entered onto our in house database, linking your photo and information to our graphics software and computer network. Your photograph is touched up and your details are then printed and programmed onto a magnetic PVC swipe card in crisp, sharp colours using a digital thermal printer. This uses colour ribbons to vaporise ink into gas, which is then layered on the cards in the same way that other official ID cards are created. Then (if you choose) a holographic overlay is added. This security feature is entirely accurate and will protect your card from unnecessary wear. Our experienced machine operators take great care with every order. We will never compromise the quality of our products and do not ship any ID cards that look less than perfect. Upon completion your ID is carefully wrapped and sealed in the self addressed stamped envelope you are required to provide - ready for immediate despatch.
Q. Can I choose any details?
Sure, just decide what details you require when filling your order form.
Q. I noticed that the reverse of all cards contain terms and conditions?
Yes, these terms are generic and do not make the cards fake in any way.
Q. Are your IDs legal to buy?

Q. How fast can I receive my card?
Very fast! 95% of all orders arrive the following day they are sent. International orders will take slightly longer – please check you postal carrier for further information.
Q. How effective are your cards?
Supremely effective! To remain ahead of the competition we use only compliant designs that not only look great but portray information in a clear and readable manor. Be confident, unlike some competitors we never use screen shots of our IDs, what you see are actual scans of printed cards.

Q. Can I order without a photograph?
Of course, just check out our KIT cards. They can be ordered right away and be completed in privacy.
Q. Do you ship worldwide – specifically to the USA?
We ship to all countries except the USA, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Mexico and Nigeria.
Q. Why should I choose the hologram option on my PVC card?
Holograms not only look great but increase the durability if effectiveness or your ID.
Q. What are encoded cards?
All PVC plastic cards contain a unique bar code and magnetic strip – this is encoded with your details as displayed on your card completely free of charge.
Q. Will you copy a driving licence?
No. We do NOT copy any official cards such as the Portman Prove It card, NUS, Garda ID, Passports or National Age Cards.
Q. What type of photo should I send in and will it be returned?
Please send in a passport sized photo that we will return.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
In UK £ we accept cheque, postal order or cash. In €uro and Australian and Canadian $ we accept cash only. Sorry but we can not accept non-UK postal orders.
Q. Where do you buy a UK postal order?
From any post office branch.
Q. Are my order details kept private?
Of course, customer details are kept confidential and never shared.
